Physical Development

Building strength, balance and confidence through movement, play and active exploration.

Children taking part in baby yoga and soft play activities

Why it matters

Physical activity plays a vital role in early childhood development. Through baby yoga, soft play, obstacle courses and movement sessions, children develop coordination, balance and core strength in a fun and supportive environment.

Our sessions encourage children to explore what their bodies can do, building confidence and resilience as they climb, stretch, jump and dance.

Movement activities also support focus, listening skills and emotional regulation, helping children feel calm, secure and ready to learn.

Whether it’s a baby yoga stretch, a group dance session or navigating an obstacle course, every activity is designed to support healthy growth and wellbeing.
